Greeley, CO · Website design

Website design for Greeley businesses.

Most small business websites are either missing, half finished, or quietly broken. In Greeley the deciding factor is standing out in a market where your competitors already have sites. We build the kind that answers the real question fast, in plain language, on the device people are actually holding.

How it works

Web design, start to live.

No six-month builds, no disappearing for a month, no calls where we ask you to describe your vision again.

01

Structure

We work out what each page needs to do and what the visitor should press. Structure before pixels.

02

Words

We write the copy. It is included, and it is the part that decides whether any of it works.

03

Design & build

Designed for a phone first, built to load fast, with forms that reach you and tracking that proves it.

04

Handover

You get the logins, the files, and a walkthrough recording, so a text change never means calling us.

Why it matters

Your website is the one thing working nights.

People look you up before they call you. What they find in those few seconds decides whether the phone rings at all.

Why Greeley is different

A spec sheet and a portfolio.

Greeley is the largest market in Weld County, with agriculture, energy, healthcare, a university and a construction sector that has led new job growth. For a contractor or trade business that means real competition. Most of your rivals have a website. Rather fewer have one that loads fast, shows finished work, and makes calling easy.

Most templates do one or the other badly. A site here has to be able to hold a technical specification and a gallery without either one feeling like it was bolted on, and that is a structural decision made before anything gets designed.

What we usually find
  • A page that has said "coming soon" for eight months
  • Buttons that link nowhere, and a phone number that will not dial on a phone
  • A title that says "Home" instead of the service and the city
  • Placeholder text still sitting in a live section
  • No inquiry form, so the only way to reach you is a phone call
  • A noindex tag left on from staging, keeping the whole thing out of Google
What you get instead
  • Finished and live, with nothing left marked coming soon
  • Every button going somewhere and a number that dials on the first tap
  • Titles and headings naming what you do and where you do it
  • Copy written for you, so nothing sits half done
  • A working form wired to conversion tracking, not just pageviews
  • Structured data so search engines and AI assistants can read the business
The AI question

What AI builders do, and what they don't.

AI website builders are genuinely good now, and we would rather tell you where the line is than pretend they do not exist. Plenty of businesses should start with one.

What they do well

  • Get something presentable online in an afternoon
  • Produce a clean, modern-looking layout
  • Draft passable first-pass copy
  • Cost far less than hiring anybody
  • Let you change things yourself without asking permission

Where they leave you short

  • Generic copy that describes what you do, not what the customer gets
  • Titles and headings that never name your actual service or your city
  • No structured data, which is how machines understand a local business
  • Forms that submit into nowhere, or into an inbox nobody checks
  • No idea whether any of it converted, because nothing is tracked

A website that looks good and cannot be found is a business card you paid to host.

The gap between a template and something that brings work in

If you have already built something with an AI tool, bring it. Often the structure is fine and the fix is the copy, the tags, the forms, and the tracking. That is cheaper than starting over and we will say so.

Do the math

What a website that doesn't convert costs you.

Your numbers. A working local service website turns roughly 3 in 100 visitors into an inquiry. Here is the gap between where you are and that.

Check Google Analytics, or estimate. Most local businesses sit between 100 and 800.
If nobody ever fills the form, put 0.
Annual gap at a 3% inquiry rate
$24,480
You are getting about 3 inquiries a month. At a 3% rate you would get 9.

A website build is $3,400. The gap above is what it is competing against.
(3% − your rate) × visitors × 12 × close rate × job value
Want this breakdown in writing?
We will send your figures plus a short note on what we would fix first, whether or not you book a call.
No newsletter, no sequence you didn't ask for. One email with your numbers.

The 3% figure is a common benchmark for local service businesses, not a guarantee. No amount of design fixes a market that is not searching, and we would rather show you the formula than a number you cannot check. If your traffic is near zero the problem is being found, not converting, and we would tell you that first.

Who it's for

Built for Greeley businesses.

If it has been on your list for a year, this is for you. It is not a six-month brand exercise. It is five pages, written and built, live in a month.

We work with small independent businesses across Northern Colorado, and right along the coast and inland from there.

  • Businesses with no website at all yet
  • Anyone whose page still says coming soon
  • Builds from years ago that no longer match the business
  • AI or template builds that need finishing properly
  • One-off landing pages for a campaign or service
  • Anyone who cannot edit their own pages today
Proof

What this looks like in practice.

Alchemy Print Co. is a screen printing shop in Vista. They were paying for ads pointing at pages that could not convert and could not be found.

What we found
  • Every call to action on the contractors page linked to nothing.
  • The phone link was malformed and would not dial on a mobile.
  • No inquiry form existed anywhere on the page.
  • The homepage still read "Sub-text here" where copy was never written.
  • Neither the title nor the H1 contained "screen printing" or "Vista." The site did not appear in the first four pages for its own main search term.
What we built
  • Four landing pages, one per audience: schools, bulk orders, live events, and business apparel.
  • A working quote form on every page, wired to conversion tracking.
  • LocalBusiness schema with an 18-city service area, plus Service and FAQ markup.
  • Titles, headings, and copy naming the service and the city.
  • Every listing across Google, Yelp, Nextdoor, Facebook, and Instagram made to agree.

Questions

The things people actually ask.

How much does a small business website cost?
Our website package is $3,400 for up to five pages with copywriting included, two rounds of revisions, and full handover. Brand and website together is $6,400. Smaller pieces are $85 an hour. A single landing page is two hours for the first and one hour for each page after.
How long does it take to build a website?
Three to four weeks for a five-page build, and five to seven weeks if we are building the brand alongside it. Week one is structure and copy, weeks two and three are design and build, and the last stretch is revisions, testing, and handover.
What is the difference between a website and a landing page?
A full website tells people who you are and covers everything you do. A landing page has one job and one button, usually tied to a single service or campaign. Landing pages convert better because they remove every choice except the one you want.
Can I edit my website myself after it launches?
Yes, and you should be able to. Handover includes editing access and a walkthrough recording so you can change text, swap photos, and update hours without calling us. You own the files, the logins, and the domain. Nothing is held hostage.
Can I just use an AI website builder instead?
For a first page, often yes. AI builders produce something that looks fine quickly. What they do not produce is a website that names your service and your city where it counts, loads fast, has working forms, and carries structured data. Those are the parts that get you found.
Who writes the copy for my website?
We do, and it is included in the package price. If you would rather write it yourself we take $600 off. Most owners think they want to write it and then find the blank page is exactly why it has been stuck for eight months.
Will my website show up on Google?
It will be built to. Titles, headings, and copy that name the service and the city, structured data, fast load times, and a working form. Ranking itself takes months and depends on your local competition, so we do not promise positions, only the work that earns them.
Do I need a new website or just a better one?
Often just a better one. If the structure is sound and only the copy, speed, and forms are broken, a rebuild wastes money. We tell you which one you are looking at on the first call, even when the answer is the cheaper one for you.
What if I already have a domain and hosting?
We build around what you already pay for. Keeping your domain, your host, and your email means less disruption and no new subscriptions. If a platform genuinely cannot do the job we will say so before you spend anything on moving.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds on every package. A round means you gather all your notes and send them at once, then we work through them together. That is enough for almost every project. A third round is billed at the hourly rate of $85.
Do you work with Greeley businesses in person?
Yes. We are a marketing and systems studio based in Vista, California, with a Northern Colorado operation, so we work with businesses across Northern Colorado and the Front Range regularly. Almost all of the build is remote, and we are glad to hop on a call or meet up.
