The larger packages work out a few dollars an hour cheaper than booking the same work à la carte. Common questions

The things people ask on the first call.

How many revisions do I get?

Two rounds on every package, which is enough for almost every project. A round means you send all your notes at once and we work through them together. A third round is billed at the hourly rate.

Who writes the copy?

We do, and it is included in every package price. If you would rather write it yourself we take $600 off the Website package. Hourly copywriting is available for anything outside a package.

Are packages cheaper per hour than hourly work?

On the larger ones, yes, by a few dollars an hour, because one discovery, one onboarding, and one shared context covers the whole project instead of restarting each time. The smaller packages land at about the hourly rate. What you are buying there is a fixed price we hold to, not a discount for volume.

Do I have to commit to a package?

No. Most people start with hourly support on one specific thing. If it goes well, we scope something bigger.

How do payments work?

Project work starts with a 50% deposit and the balance on delivery. Hourly is billed as you go. Payment plans available.

Do I own everything you make?

Yes — files, logins, and documentation are all yours. Nothing is held hostage.

What if I already have a designer or bookkeeper?

Great. We fill the gaps and work alongside whoever you've already got.

How fast can you start?

Usually within a week or two, depending on the queue. Urgent catch-up work we try to fit sooner.
