Our site uses cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to measure traffic and improve the experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may work less smoothly if you do.
We rely on trusted third-party providers to run our business, and your information may pass through them for the purposes above. These include our scheduling tool (Cal.com), form tools (such as Tally), website host (Netlify), email and CRM platforms, and analytics providers. Each has its own privacy practices.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
We may use advertising and remarketing tools, including Google Ads and Google Analytics advertising features, to show our services to people who have visited this site. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers and may pass limited information about your visit, such as pages viewed and general location, to the advertising platform.
California law treats this as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though no money changes hands. We want to be plain about that rather than hide behind the fact that we do not sell data.
You can opt out. Email us at hello@secondsethq.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” and we will stop sharing your information for advertising. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal, so if your browser sends it, we treat that as an opt-out request automatically and you do not need to contact us.
You can also opt out at the source through Google My Ad Center or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
We do not share information about anyone we know to be under 16, and we never pass the figures you enter into our calculators to an advertising platform.

We do not collect sensitive personal information as California law defines it, so there is nothing for you to limit the use of.
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses.
If you are in California, under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA you have the right to know what we collect and why, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the sharing described above, and not to be treated differently for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny you a service, charge you more, or give you a worse experience because you opted out.
If you are in the UK or EU, under GDPR you additionally have the right to data portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To make any request, email hello@secondsethq.com. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, which is the timeframe California law requires. You may use an authorized agent, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the effective date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
