School Spirit Wear
For PTAs and schools ordering spirit wear — turnaround, bulk pricing, and artwork setup handled up front.
Four audience-specific landing pages, lead capture, analytics, and an automated email follow-up funnel — a complete lead-generation system for a screen printing shop in Vista, CA, plus a local SEO rebuild and a cleanup of every platform the business appears on.
Alchemy Print Co. is a screen printing shop that serves very different customers — schools ordering spirit wear, businesses placing bulk orders, event planners booking live on-site printing, and small brands doing apparel runs. One generic "get a quote" page was asking all of them the same questions and converting none of them well.
The fix was a set of dedicated landing pages, one per audience, each speaking directly to that customer's job and asking only the questions that matter to them — then feeding every lead into one place, with tracking to prove what's working and automated follow-up so no quote request goes cold.
Everything was built to be owned and cheap to run: static pages for fast, reliable hosting, a single lead-capture platform, and automation that lives in tools Adam already pays for.
Each landing page is built for one customer and one decision — same shop, four front doors, so every visitor lands somewhere that speaks their language and asks only what's relevant.
For PTAs and schools ordering spirit wear — turnaround, bulk pricing, and artwork setup handled up front.
For businesses placing large orders — real price tiers by quantity and a fast path to a same-day quote.
For corporate events and weddings — on-site live printing packages with piece counts and clear options.
For small brands and businesses doing branded apparel and merch runs, start to finish.
Four live pages, each built to convert its own audience. Hover any card to see more, or click through to the live page.
Adam was already paying for ads. The problem was not traffic, it was that the pages the traffic landed on could not convert and could not be found. We scored the site against our Local SEO Standard before writing a single line of new copy.
This engagement is where our Local SEO Standard came from. It is a six-category scoring framework weighted for businesses that get a few hundred visitors a month rather than a few hundred thousand, and we now run it for every client before quoting work.
Almost no small business site carries structured data, which makes it unusually cheap advantage. It is also the main mechanism by which AI search engines understand a business well enough to name it in an answer. Every page carries a full set, and it took under an hour per page.
The honest framing: rewriting website copy for AI is close to the least effective lever a local business has, because roughly 85 percent of brand mentions in AI answers come from third-party pages rather than the brand's own site. The work that moves the needle is the local proof below.
Google cross-references a business name, address, and phone number across the web to decide how confident it is that the business is real and where it is. Alchemy's details disagreed with themselves in four places. We opened every listing on page one of a branded search, wrote down what each one said, and made them match down to the punctuation.
Listed the business as "Alchemy Print" while the website said "Alchemy Print Co."
Name correctedCarried the phone number with one digit wrong, so anyone finding them there could not reach them at all.
Number correctedClaimed and completed, with categories, service area, hours, and photos brought in line with the site.
Claimed & completedBio, contact details, and link destinations aligned to the new landing pages instead of a generic homepage.
AlignedAppeared as 2013 in one place and "10 years in business" in another. Two different stories about the same shop.
Made consistentLocal citations checked and corrected, giving a third-party mention from a trusted local domain.
VerifiedFixing name, address, and phone consistency is the single highest-value thing a local business can do for visibility, and it is also AI search optimization whatever anybody chooses to call it. Third-party pages are where the citations come from.
One screen printing shop, four front doors, every lead tracked, the schools funnel following up on its own, and a business that now says the same thing about itself everywhere a customer might look. A lead system that keeps working after the launch.
